Reimbursement/costs

For the US, can't tell private costs but one can search for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements. For instance:

• Search physician fee schedule. You'll need the code. For instance G0102 for a DRE ;)
• For drug costs, there doesn't seem to be a search function but just a zip file with the whole list. Curiosity tip, you can sort by cost and find the CAR-T drugs at the top of the list, with easily $0.5M (just for the "drug").
